Why is the book not available in bookstores?
Renee and I were offered a contract with a New York Stock Exchange listed publishing company. This was to publish the book in Australian bookstores. However, they wanted to change a lot of the content. We felt that they were trying to cut the book in half and sell two different books. Not wanting to change the book we decided to self publish the book ourselves.

Who wrote the book?
My name is Adam Goulding (Also known as Mr Home Budget). The book was also written with help from my wife Renee Goulding (Also known as the Thrift Chick).
How did you get the name Mr Home Budget?
On Jan 1st 2007 I started keeping all my receipts. This was to start my own home budget and track my spending. At a BBQ one day, a friend found out about this and started calling me Mr Home Budget. The name came from there.

Is the book only for people in debt?
No, of course not; we have had people that have no debt and are doing well financially purchase the book. They get to improve their situation and learn some more information. There is information in the book that will save you 1000’s of dollars whether you’re in debt or not.
How long is the book?
The book is 18 chapters long with 95,151 words give or take one or two.
What is the cost of the book?
The cost of the book is $27.95 including GST delivered to your door via Australia Post.
Can I order the book internationally?
Yes we have taken orders in the past from as far away as USA, UK and New Zealand. However, we accept orders from any country. Normally no extra shipping costs are needed. However we will contact you via email if this is not the case. To order just clock on the "Order now" button/link. The computer will always default to the order being from Australia. However from your address and post code/zip code we can work out where the order is coming from. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Do I get anything else with the book?
Yes, by getting the book you will get a six month free subscription to our newsletter, “Additional saving secrets revealed... how to keep even more money in your pocket”. This newsletter has all the things that we couldn’t fit into the book. Also there are inspirational stories from people who are using the book.
How can I pay for the book?

How long does it take to get the book?
We send it within 24 hours on weekdays. Australia Post takes between 1 and 3 days normally unless you pay by cheque. In that case we wait for the cheque to clear. This adds on an additional 2 to 3 days.
Can I buy the book for a present for a family member or friend?
Yes, of course. We can send the book directly to you or straight to them. Just give us the correct email address to send the newsletter to.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. If you don’t agree this book is worth at least 101 times your investment. Just return the book for a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. A no risk, iron clad, money back guarantee.
Plus you’re not going to be given 35 days to make up your mind. You’re not going to be given 77 days to make up your mind. You're not going to be given 147 days to make up your mind.

No, we contact you to see if you want to purchase it going forward. If we cannot get hold of you we cancel it on your behalf.
